How to remove smoking smell from clothes?

Bought something on ebay and forgot to ask if they smoked or not. I now have a motorbike oversuit that smells of smoking. It’s waterproof so I can’t use chemicals on it. Tried hand washing it once and leaving it on the line for days but still smells. I’d love to know of something good that will remove this smell.
