How do you make flash images into links with html?

I have some flash animations that I would like to turn into links for my web site, but I can’t make links like you would with a regular image. I do not have any flash editing programs either, I have Adobe Illustrator which is where I made the flash images. Im pretty much just looking for a html code that will solve my problem, but if there isnt one any help at all would be nice. Thanks.
