How can i tell the difference between a normal security tag and an ink security tag?

I have a dress i’m supposed to be wearing to a party friday night and i really don’t have time to go back to the store and ask them to take out the security tag they left in. if it’s an ink security tag, i’ll go back to the store and ask them to take it out because i don’t want ink all over my dress, but if it’s a normal security tag i’d rather just take it out myself (how do i do that?!)
