Does anyone have a recipe for Baked Alaska; along with tips on how to make it successfully?

Why do so many cyberspace recipie sites have weight loss ads?

Every site I hit, had an advertisement for some sort of weight loss product?
Is this supposed to encourage me to make GingerBread cookies.
Do people want to be reminded about their weight, while searching for Ginger Bread recipes?

When smoking meat is it better to use charcoal or wood ? If using only wood will the meat get to smoky?
