What is the most comfortable reading position for a person with chronic neck pain?

Shared by Marvella: I am a student and read a _lot_, but reading in any position - sitting, reclining, in bed, in a chair, everywhere - usually gives me awful neck pain. I think someone should invent a book stand or suspended book holder to preserve people’s neck muscles. Suggestions?
